Danish haulier wins landmark EU case regarding the transport of pigs. An entire industry can now breathe a sigh of relief, which should provide some peace of mind, says the lawyer who led a landmark case to the High Court regarding the transport of pigs, which the State Prosecutor has now abandoned.
– With this case, we reach criminal matter no. 78 that the prosecution has abandoned in 12 months, solely in relation to Sønderby Legal. At the same time, we have lost zero cases to the prosecution
including the State Prosecutor, according to lawyer Suzanne Estrup from the law firm Sønderby Legal.
