For a number of years, Hans Sønderby Christensen has assisted leading Danish companies and organizations in matters of EU law, including competition law and state aid law. He regularly litigates cases of principle before Danish courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. For the tenth year, he has been a writer for the country’s largest daily newspaper, Morgenavisen Jyllands-Posten, on current EU law. In addition, he acts as an advisor to a number of trading and manufacturing companies, including as a board member.
