We at Sønderby Legal are proud to announce that Attorney Rikke Bach Nielsen has been appointed Junior Partner as of May 6, 2022.
As part of Sønderby Legal’s strong EU team, Rikke Bach Nielsen primarily advises companies and organizations on EU law, including competition law, state aid law, and tax law. The EU team regularly litigates matters of principle before the Danish courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Rikke also deals with general commercial law areas, including, among other things, commercial criminal law.
Rikke holds a cand.merc.jur. degree from Aarhus University in 2016 and a cand.jur. degree from the University of Southern Denmark in 2021. Rikke has been with the firm since its establishment on October 1, 2016, and has quickly specialized in EU law, where she has repeatedly achieved excellent results. With her great commitment and specialization within Sønderby Legal’s core areas, it is thus only natural that she now advances with her entry as Junior Partner.
