Rikke Bach holds degrees in Cand.merc.jur. and Cand.jur. Rikke primarily advises and litigates for companies and organizations, both domestically and internationally, on matters of EU law, including competition law, state aid law, and tax law.

Rikke also leads Sønderby Legal’s EU team. The EU team regularly litigates matters of principle before the Danish courts and the EU courts, and assists local lawyers in other member states with the same. Rikke also handles general commercial law areas, including complex commercial criminal cases involving international law.
