Public contracting authorities are obligated to disclose the maximum value of framework agreements

A new ruling contradicts two Danish regions’ interpretation of EU regulations, establishing that a contracting authority tendering a framework agreement is obligated to specify the maximum quantity and/or value of the goods or services that may be subject to subsequent contracts.
