Tobias Egeris Svendsen works as a lawyer and has been employed at Sønderby Legal since 2021. He heads the newly established second subgroup in the EU team at the firm’s Aarhus office. Tobias primarily works with state regulation of Danish agriculture. In this connection, Tobias works with some of the country’s largest organisations within the agricultural sector, assisting in safeguarding the interests of the organisations and their members. In his work, Tobias handles large and complex cases of significant financial importance, which has given him valuable experience in the field. The cases mainly concern the complex regulatory framework governing the agricultural sector. Here, Tobias navigates the interplay between national rules on the one hand and EU rules on the other, where compatibility between the two sets of rules is crucial. Tobias holds a law degree (cand.jur.) from Aarhus University.
