We are seeking an intern for autumn 2026 for our student team in Aarhus, where you will become part of a growing and successful department with experienced and highly competent colleagues.
About Sønderby Legal
Sønderby Legal is a business-oriented law firm that represents both Danish and foreign companies and organizations. At Sønderby Legal, we primarily deal with real estate, construction law, EU law, agriculture, M&A, and corporate and commercial law.
We have offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Randers. We are approximately 30 employees consisting of lawyers, assistant attorneys, legal professionals, legal secretaries, and students.
As an intern at Sønderby Legal in Aarhus, you will get

Your profile
– You are studying law (cand.jur.) or business law (cand.merc.jur.).
– You have a high professional level with good exam results.
– You are flexible, committed, punctual, and service-minded.
– You are motivated to test your theoretical skills in practice.
About the internship
We offer a unique opportunity to become part of a law firm with an international outlook. Based on the primary tasks we solve in our department in Aarhus, you will help solve a wide range of cases for leading Danish and foreign companies and organizations.
As an intern at Sønderby Legal, you will manage your own independent tasks, but also have close collaboration with our assistant attorney and lawyers. The position will be a unique opportunity to gain insight into the daily work in a law firm and to test the theoretical skills that you have acquired through your studies in practice.
The internship should correspond to approximately 4 months of full-time work. The course can either be structured so that you work 4 days a week for 4½ months or 5 days a week for 4 months. You will have the opportunity to take an optional course at the university alongside.
We offer participation in our social and professional events. We provide you with office space and a PC.
