Investment, generational succession, and the purchase and sale of agricultural enterprises
We advise on the possibilities of establishing companies with the participation of external investors who acquire equity interests in the company in accordance with the provisions of the Agricultural Holdings Act. Agricultural companies can thus be established with flexible ownership structures that can provide external financing as equity instead of debt capital, which burdens operations.

Dispute resolution
We assist clients in the handling of cases before a wide range of administrative complaints bodies, including the Environment and Food Appeals Board, and we have also won a large number of criminal cases within the special legislation. For example, we handle:
