The association believes that the state has given municipalities far too broad powers to make restrictions on the use of land in relation to groundwater protection for farmers. Attorney Hans S\u00f8nderby explains that the lawsuit against the Ministry of Environment and Food is due to the fact that the country&#8217;s municipalities, in his assessment, have been given far
