Hans Sønderby

For a number of years, Hans Sønderby has assisted leading Danish companies and organizations in matters of EU law, including competition law and state aid law. Hans regularly conducts cases of principle in Danish courts and the European Court of Justice. In his tenth year, he is a writer for the country’s largest daily newspaper, Morgenavisen Jyllands-Posten, about current EU law. In addition, he assists as an advisor to a number of trading and production companies, including as a board member.
